The Evolution of Somewhere Between

There was a time in my life when it seemed that I was always on the road, or on some oil rig out in the middle of no where. | Lone Quixote
There was a time in my life when it seemed that I was always on the road, or on some oil rig out in the middle of no where.  My friends would always ask "where are you?" or  "where are you now?"   At first, I would just simply reply that I was near this small town or that small town... but, it always seemed that they never quite knew where those small towns were located.  I inevitably would have to say that I was "somewhere between" this city and that city (i.e... I was somewhere between Laredo and San Antonio).  As the years passed I began to have fun with it.  I began to change my replies and introduced some humor and personal observations... and in time it evolved into what you see here on this blog today.
